How we work ?
We offer three service levels—Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning & Design—and we’ll recommend the best fit after a quick call. For your brief we’d handle: venue & room-block negotiations (guest-paid with optional subsidy), vendor curation and liaison (photographer/DJ/florist), timeline & logistics, SIAE music license, kid-friendly solutions, budget tracking, and full day-of direction.
On the ceremony, a symbolic option is the most flexible and cost-efficient; legal ceremonies are possible at select locations but may involve municipal fees and specific licensed sites—we’ll advise case by case.

Do you handle symbolic and legal ceremonies?
Absolutely. Symbolic ceremonies are the most flexible; legal ceremonies are possible at approved locations with additional steps and municipal fees—we guide you either way.
What happens if it rains?
Every proposal includes a robust Plan B (indoor halls or covered structures), mapped for ceremony, aperitivo, dinner, and party.
Do you offer photography and videography?
Yes. Our sister company Light & Dreams delivers cohesive photo+video with planning—one team, one brief, one timeline.
When should we book?
10–16 months in advance is ideal for peak season (May–October). We also secure great options on shorter timelines—ask us.
